When constructing your unique strategy I will:
Align Business and Philanthropy Values. You already have clear values guiding your business decisions and your philanthropy values need to match.
Strategize for long-term profit. Philanthropy benefits your business in a number of ways, and when you start to think 10 years down the road instead of 10 months down the road, those profits only grow.
Incorporate your employees. When your employees have a vested interest in your philanthropy, they tend to stick around for longer. I strategize around those interests while leveraging their unique skills.
Center around community need. I will take your values, long-term goals, and employee interest to focus on meeting a true community need. You will do what you do best, to help uplift community.
